在虚拟空间阿瓦隆（f）中，核战争后的沙漠荒野地区（Desert22）出没着巨型鲸怪。格蕾、路西法、卡奈尔、叶戈，三女一男四个玩家分别使用各种武器攻击鲸群获得点数。交战过程中，叶戈一时不慎，被一头巨鲸吞噬，就此退出了游戏。突然，在“幸存”的三个人面前，一头超级巨鲸出现了，它是这个区域的终极猎物。在强悍的大BOSS面前，三位女战士毫无退路…… 格蕾回到位于火山口中的据点，清算战斗结果。她发现自己的成绩还不错。谁知游戏主机却冷冷地告诉她：“以你的等级水平根本无法打到最终猎物”、“试试和别的玩家组队作战吧。” 为了与游荡在Desert22的路西法、卡奈尔等取得联系，格蕾在联络点中留下了讯息。女战士们都做出了回应，只有叶戈无视她的要求。夜里，当叶戈在自己的营地中做饭时，格蕾出现在他面前…… 进入露营模式后，大家汇集在山丘。要打倒超级鲸怪，通过这片区域，只有全体玩家组队合力一搏才有胜算，而作战的王牌就是叶戈所装备的武器20mm机关炮战车。在点数分配问题上，叶戈与格蕾起了争执。两人一对一决斗后，叶戈才接受了女战士们开出的条件。至今一直独自作战的玩家们，在格蕾的指挥下，展开了最后一战。 格蕾操控光学迷彩战斗机，路西法变成了大乌鸦从空中攻击，卡奈尔好换来猎兵“天人”从天而降，叶戈也已经待命。超级鲸怪再度现身，只见硝烟弥漫，火球染红天空。在格蕾等人的掩护下，叶戈瞄准了终极猎物……
