萨巴斯丁（莱恩•菲利普 Ryan Phillippe 饰）和凯瑟琳（莎拉•米歇尔•盖拉 Sarah Michelle Gellar饰）本来是两个家庭的孩子，因为父母的结合成为了两姊弟。二人为了私心开始了一场游戏，如果萨巴斯丁输了，他的豪华跑车将归凯瑟琳所有；如果他赢了，凯瑟琳将要为他提供一夜服务。
这个游戏就是，萨巴斯丁必须把校长的女儿安妮（瑞茜•威瑟斯彭 Reese Witherspoon 饰）搞到手。尽管他上过曼哈顿地区的无数女孩，但是对于安妮，却有着一定的难度——她曾经在《十七岁》杂志上发表文章声称，要把童贞留到新婚夜。
对于这次有难度的猎艳行动，萨巴斯丁当然全力以赴，然而让他意外的是，游戏变得越来越复杂，超出了他的预计。
