简 介
米兰时装周期间，全球各地顶尖模特云集于此。闲暇时分，这群青春靓丽的女孩四处游玩，彻夜狂欢，尽享意大利的浪漫风情，却忽略了异国他乡潜在的危险。一个绰号“铅黄”的出租车骇客（Byron Deidra 饰）逡巡在夜店四周，专门猎取年轻漂亮的女孩。他将她们虏获，然后采取残酷的手段加以虐待。其手段残忍，且行踪诡异，始终是警方头疼的一大难题。
美国空姐琳达（Emmanuelle Seigner 饰）随机停留米兰，并准备和参加时装表演的妹妹萨琳娜（埃尔莎•帕塔奇 Elsa Pataky 饰）会面。姐妹尚未相聚，萨琳娜便突然失踪。从电话中听到异样的琳达求助警方，继而找到多年来一直追查“铅黄”的阿沃菲警官（阿德里安•布罗迪 Adrien Brody 饰）。一场猫鼠游戏慢慢展开……
